The Gecko Bus is a Habaneros Modern Taco Bar on wheels, in a retrofitted school bus that has both surprised and fed thousands since it first hit the road in 2014. Why a school bus that looks like a giant gecko? Well, why not? At Chef Inspired® we find “normal” a little boring. We figure, if you’re going to go out for excellent, fresh, made-from-scratch food, why not have a little fun while you’re there? That’s how we approach everything we do. We love our customers, we love our community, and we love food – so we are constantly looking for new ways to delight you with our restaurants and our menus. Bienvenido!
